AARP Income Tax Assistance

 AARP Volunteers will provide free income tax assistance to attendees to be seen on a first come, first serve basis. Attendees will need to have a valid ID, Social Security Card, and any necessary tax forms including:
-Valid photo id and Social Security cards or other official documentation for all individuals and dependents.
-Copy of last year?s income tax returns
-W-2 form from each employer
-Unemployment compensation statements
-SSA-1099 form if you were paid Social Security benefits
-All 1099 forms showing interest and/or dividends, as well as, documentation showing the original purchase price on your sold assets
-1099 forms if you received a pension or annuity
-All forms indicating federal income tax paid
-Childcare provider information (name, employer ID, Social Security number)
-Medical insurance coverage forms -- 1095-A, 1095-B, and/or 1095-C that taxpayers may have received.
-Receipts or canceled checks if itemizing deductions
