Audio Studio Orientation and Assessment: Live Room

Description: Tour the Audio Studio Live Room. Learn the studio workflow, procedures and best practices. Assessments will be offered as part of the orientation. Prior to booking the Audio Studio Live Room, users must participate in this assessment to show proficiency in using the equipment.

A Live Room booking does not include access to the Control Room, the C24 Control Surface, or Pro Tools software. Recordings made in the Live Room do not provide a file that allows separate channel editing.

ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: To register for this orientation and assessments, cardholders must attend the General Orientation for the Melrose Center and must be at least 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years of age).

Other: Most classes are free to Orange County district resident cardholders, Fee cardholders, and Orange County Property Owner cardholders. Some classes include a fee to cover the cost of materials. Registration is required. To register, you can do so online, call 407.835.7323 or stop by any of our locations.

A $5 late cancellation fee will be charged unless reservations are cancelled by 11:59 pm the day before the event is scheduled.
