Learn the intricacies and delights of Amish cuisine from renowned chef and cooking show host Sicily Yoder. Yoder will prepare her Amish coleslaw and will serve Amish pecan and wheat crackers for patrons. Her program includes a presentation about Amish culture and food, with a display of traditional bonnets, dresses and quilts. A question and answer session will follow, as well as a book signing. She will also have some of her Amish jams, salsas, and sorghum available for purchase.
